Minnesota Housing has integrated Habitable’s Informed™ product guidance into the latest version of the overlay (2025-2026). Qualified affordable housing projects can now earn up to 19 points by using Informed to select healthier building materials. Habitable’s Informed product guidance translates decades of Habitable’s research into an intuitive red-to-green ranking system, helping building industry professionals move away from worst-in-class materials and choose healthier building products.During this free training you’ll learn to:
